The key to everything is patience. You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it!

Bottle cutting is a tricky business! MrRy123 you are the expert!! Why don't you tell us more?

  1. Silly girls.

1)Have lots of bottles to practice on (not a problem with you)
2)Try to choose bottles based on glass thickness ( thicker glass works best)
3)Don’t use any glass with seams, as seamed glass tends to crack in the wrong areas.
4)When cutting the glass, try and score it quickly & evenly, and apply an even level of heat. Make sure you rotate the glass quickly so it is not concentrated in one area.
5)Don’t bother rubbing an ice cube over the score line, just place it under a cold tap.
